Creating and Monitoring Trouble Tickets in myXO
You asked and we heard you. The trouble ticket page on myXO has been enhanced to better allow you to create and monitor your trouble tickets. Now if trouble happens, we are better equipped to keep you informed every step of the way which, in turn, will help us to better resolve your repair issues that much faster.
Status - myXO now includes more detailed status messaging in our trouble ticket pages, and an expanded ticket work log. Log into myXO today to see:
- An at-a-glance map of your ticket status so you’ll know exactly what to expect next
- A streamlined interface for creating new trouble tickets with the ability to attach troubleshooting logs, network diagrams, or any other files into your trouble ticket
- Confirmation that we have restored your services after a repair event, or a request for a callback from an XO repair technician to further troubleshoot a repair issue that is incomplete
Status Notifications - Sign up for email and SMS notifications about trouble ticket status via myXO. Don’t have access yet? Request myXO access from the myXO login page and your request will be forwarded to your company’s myXO administrator or XO Customer Care.
