Bill Hooper of XO Communications Recognized as 2016 CRN® Channel Chief

Herndon, Va. - March 16, 2016 – Bill Hooper, vice president of the partner channel at XO Communications (XO), has been named to the prestigious list of the 2016 CRN Channel Chiefs.  The influential executives on the annual list represent top leaders in the IT channel who excel at driving growth and revenue in their organizations by building, supporting and delivering superior partner programs and strategy.

Channel Chief honorees are selected by the CRN editorial staff on the basis of their professional achievements, standing in the industry, dedication to the channel partner community and strategies for driving future growth and innovation.  Each of the 2016 Channel Chiefs has demonstrated loyalty and ongoing support for the IT channel by consistently promoting, executing and preserving outstanding channel partner programs.  

In 2015, Hooper led an expansion of the XO Channel team in key geographies across the country to provide the local selling and support resources that are so critical to partners.  In addition, he continued to drive for the development and rollout of productivity tools to enhance the XO customer experience, while greatly improving the XO reputation within the partner community.
