The XO Business Center is a robust and convenient self-service portal. It puts you in control of your network and communications services by placing a suite of smart tools at your fingertips 24x7x365. These tools let you manage billing and repair activity, monitor usage, place orders, and manage voice features online in real time—anytime, anywhere.
You can register for an XO Business Center account any time by visiting bc.xo.com and clicking on Register Today. To complete your registration, have the account number from your XO invoice or service installation email available. Note: to access your organization’s Business Center account online, you must be an authorized contact of your company.
Quickly create repair tickets, view ticket status, and make ticket updates (add notes, change access hours, or request closure) from most web-enabled mobile devices. Go to mbc.xo.com to get started! You must be a registered XO Business Center user to use the Mobile XO Business Center.
