Overview
XO® MultiTransport Networking Service (MTNS) is a data networking service that supports traditional private data networking services, like Frame Relay and Ethernet—over a MultiProtocol Label Switching (MPLS)-enabled IP backbone.

Frame Relay Access
Frame Relay Access allows you to interconnect Frame Relay sites to other Frame Relay sites. Unlike most traditional Frame Relay services from other providers, Frame Relay Access guarantees the port – not just the committed information rate (CIR).
As a bonus, you can order Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) over the same local loop and port at no additional charge.

Ethernet Access
Ethernet Access allows you to interconnect Ethernet sites to other Ethernet sites.

- No need to buy CPE to access the XO network.
For both services, you purchase the desired port speed and then define a committed bandwidth on these ports. A Service Level Agreement (SLA) guarantees the full port but the port is capped; any usage above the committed bandwidth and less than (or equal to) the port speed is charged on a usage basis. For example, with Frame Relay Access, if you order 128 K committed bandwidth on a 256 K port, you get an SLA on the full 256 K port, not just on the 128 K committed bandwidth. This lets you control traffic as well as contain costs by not having to pay for the entire port while still enjoying the benefits of guaranteed usage.
