Includes 17 hours Professional Service assistance
For the business or individual who needs a web site designed or redesigned. In addition to the services included in the Web Site Design Package (account setup, user configuration, SEO best practices, and Google Analytics), the Web Site Design Package includes web site design using professionally designed templates. The new site will include a contact form to collect inquires into your services or business. Professional Services will collaborate with you to determine which template best meets your needs and will format your custom content. The Web Site Design Package includes 8 hours of changes to the web site over the 12 month term.

Web Site Migration Package
Includes 13 hours Professional Service assistance
For the business or individual who already has a web site and needs the site migrated to our hosting services. Professional Services will set-up your XO hosting account, configure users and email accounts, and configure FTP settings and Premium email filtering settings. The Web Site Migration Package includes 8 hours of changes to the web site over the 12 month term.
In addition to web site migration, the web site will be optimized for Search Engine Optimization (SEO). SEO consists of basic optimization of the site incorporating keywords, descriptive title tags supporting the keywords, Meta tags, and other SEO best practices.
To complement the Search Engine Optimization, Professional Services will setup Google Analytics for tracking visitor traffic and web site statistics. Thirty (30) minutes of Google Analytics training is included.

Web site Maintenance Package
For customers who have a web site and need ongoing maintenance or resources to make enhancements.
Web Site Maintenance Basic

- Includes advanced tasks like ecommerce set-up, PHP, databases, and CMS. Time can be used on basic tasks.
