Welcome to the XO Business Center, XO Communications’ robust and easy-to-use customer self-service website. The XO Business Center contains a full suite of tools designed to put you in control of your communications services by enabling you to manage invoices, trouble tickets and voice features online.
Why Use Business Center?
With the XO Business Center, you can manage:
- Repair: Open trouble tickets and view their status; review details of past service issues and sign up to receive trouble ticket updates via email.
- Invoices: Access account balance information, view, download, and analyze bills and call detail reports. Pay your bills online, update your mailing address, or “go green” and enroll in paperless invoicing.
- Account Administration: Review your accounts and manage user access—add users, reset passwords, change user IDs, etc.
- Network Status: View scheduled and unscheduled maintenance events which may impact your services and sign up to receive network maintenance and outage alerts via email.
- Support: Email inquiries to XO Customer Care; browse or search our Knowledge Base (repair and troubleshooting information and FAQs).
Recent Updates
- NEW: Introducing Mobile Business Center!
Now you can quickly create repair tickets, view ticket status, and make ticket updates (e.g., add notes, change access hours, or request closure) from any web-enabled mobile device. If you are an existing Business Center user, go to mbc.xo.com to get started! - Use the Location Details page to access the tools to manage your VoIP services (Online Feature Management), view your DIA circuit performance (XO Stats Usage Reporting), or update your website online (XO Gateway). These tools were previously accessed through the Products & Services tab, which has been removed. Please review the Business Center Quick Start Guide for additional information.

How to Register
You can register for a Business Center account anytime by visiting http://bc.xo.com and clicking on Register Today (you will need the account number from your XO invoice to complete your registration). Note that to access your organization’s account via the XO Business Center, you must be an authorized contact of your company.
