Business Center Features
With the XO Business Center, you can manage:
- Accounts: Review your accounts and manage user access—add users, reset passwords, change user IDs, etc.
- Support: Contact Customer Care and your account team directly for support.
- Invoices: Access real-time balance information, including the ability to view, download, and analyze bills and call detail reports. Enroll in Paperless Invoicing or update the mailing address where your paper invoice is sent.
- Repair: Open trouble tickets and view trouble ticket status on open and historical service issues and receive updates via email.
- Network: View scheduled and unscheduled maintenance events which may impact your service and receive alerts via email.

How to Access Your Account
In order to access your accounts online in the XO Business Center, you must be an authorized contact from your company. If you are an administrator, you will need the Master Account Number from your invoice. You may register directly online at https://bc.xo.com.
