Why must I complete the vendor qualification form?
This process was created to enable sales and procurement personnel to source small businesses for procurement opportunities. I am currently doing business with XO. Should I complete a vendor qualification form?
You should only complete vendor qualification form if your company has never completed and meet criteria described by the Small Business Association (SBA) as a small and or diverse business concern. If you are unsure please contact the program administrator to verify. The form will allow us to properly identify your company’s business category within our supplier database; in-turn increasing your marketing opportunity within XO.
How often should I update my information?
You should update your profile anytime the information in the database changes. This is especially important if your business status changes, you re-new your certification, change your address, phone number or email. If this information is out of date, it will be impossible for XO to contact you.
Will I receive confirmation from XO acknowledging that you have received and processed my information?
You will receive a confirmation message when you submit your form that will inform you that the form was successfully submitted.
