Third-Party Representatives & Employment Agencies

XO Communications does not accept unsolicited resumé submissions from third-party representatives or employment agencies. Applicants must follow the rules below in order to be considered for a position with XO Communications:

• XO Communications will accept and honor only those resumés submitted in response to a specific request made by the XO National Recruiting Organization. XO Communications advertisements of any sort are not a solicitation of agency resumés. Exploratory resumés will not be honored, nor will any unsolicited resumés.
• Resumés will be submitted only to the XO National Recruiting Organization. XO Communications will not be committed to payment of a fee for resumés submitted to any other point-of-contact. This includes the practice of submitting dual copies of resumés to points-of-contact other than the National Recruiting Organization, unless specifically approved by that department.
• Please be aware that we currently have a full complement of agency recruiters. Based on a downturn in requisition activity, we are not actively pursuing or adding to the preferred vendor list.
